Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 November 2026

Short version

We do not receive, store or read the files or text you send. There are no accounts.

What stays on your devices

Files and text move directly between the two browsers, protected by the encryption built into browser peer to peer connections. We have no copy of them.

What other services can see

To connect two devices, your browser contacts public introduction services (BitTorrent trackers and Nostr relays) and may use public STUN servers. They can see technical details such as IP addresses and a connection code identifier, but not your file or text.

Our hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosts, it keeps standard server logs (for example IP address, time and requested page) for security and operations.

Cookies and analytics

We only count how many people visit the site, and only if you click Allow on the banner. If you click Decline, we does not collect your count and no cookies are set. We does not store IP addresses. We do not use ad personalization. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage.

Advertising

If we show ads in the future, ad partners such as Google may use cookies to show ads based on earlier visits to this and other websites. You can manage ad personalization in your Google ad settings. Ads will never be shown on the screens where you send or receive.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Questions: contact page.
