By using Your Transfer you agree to these terms. The service is provided free, as is, and without any warranty. Transfers may fail, for example because of network restrictions or because a device goes offline.
Acceptable use
- Do not send anything illegal, anything that infringes someone else's copyright, or malware.
- Do not use the service to harass people or to send content they did not agree to receive.
- Only accept files from people you trust. The receiver can decline any transfer.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you send and receive. Because files go directly between devices, we cannot see, filter or remove them.
Reporting a problem
If you believe the service is being misused, write to us through the contact page.
Changes
We may change these terms or the service at any time. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
